2TERM TO AGE 25 MUST BE PURCHASED IN CONJUNCTION WITH A PERMANENT LIFE INSURANCE PLAN TO RECEIVE A COMMISSION
SPECIAL NOTE: For all of the above renewable plans (all but Single Premium Whole Life and Education/Life), the commission shall be paid according to the following schedule:
1) first year - 50% of the stated first year commission;
2) second year upon renewal of the plan - 50% of the first year commission and the entire second year commission.
