10 Year Level Plan Description

10-Year Level Term Plan for Ages 15-50

$25,000 Minimum Policy through age 50

The benefits for this plan are level and extend for a term period of ten years. Premiums are level and are payable for ten years. At the end of each ten year term period, the policy may be renewed for another ten year term period at the premium for the then attained age. 
  • The policy terminates at age 75. Benefits may be converted to any permanent plan of insurance then being offered, without loss of insurability at the rate for the then attained age. 
  • The Conversion provision provides for conversion at any time prior to age 70. 
  • Issue ages are 15 through 65.   Accidental Death Benefit (ADB) and Disability Waiver (WP) are offered as optional Riders. 
  • Annual Premium Rates listed below are per $1,000 of insurance.  Add $25.00 policy fee annually.  For amounts of $100,000 or more, policy fee is waived.
Semi-Annual and Quarterly Premiums are also available. 
Semi-Annual Premium = Annual Premium rate times .52 
Quarterly Premium = Annual Premium rate times .265
